Taking place at Dubai World Trade Centre, Hall 8 on the 2nd and 3rd of October starting from 8AM, SCALATHON will offer participants access to 9 renowned business coaches and leaders to attend their talks and workshops. Najahi Events founder and CEO, Awfa Mustafa recognized the struggles faced by entrepreneurs and SMEs during the pandemic and that inspired the idea to create SCALATHON. Awfa Mustafa is a serial entrepreneur and pioneer of the motivational event industry in the Middle East. With the launch of Najahi Events in 2015, Awfa has built the industry ground up, disrupting perceptions and shedding new light on the benefits of personal growth courses and ‘edutainment’.
Awfa’s passion for personally growing and learning led her to travel seeking growth and new opportunities worldwide. It was at a Tony Robbins event in London 2015 when Awfa made the decision to bring the motivation and learning she had experienced at events abroad to the Middle East.
Najahi Event’s first mega event was held in Dubai in November 2016 and since then the company has grown to be the leading motivational events producer in the region. The organization has brought a long list of renowned speakers to the region including Tony Robbins, Alicia Keys, Nick V, Prince EA, Jay Shetty, Robert Kiyosaki, and so many more.
Eventhere.com has launched soon after (2017) to help events organizers manage small and large-scale events through and online platform facilitating reservations and event registrations. Originally created to support Najahi Event, Eventhere.com has become one of the most used and recognized apps in the Middle East, helping a variety of organizations with their booking needs.
When the world was hit with a global pandemic in early 2020, Awfa led her team into an organizational re-modelling and restructuring, shifting all events from LIVE on STAGE to LIVE ONLINE. Since March 2020, Najahi Events has held XXX number of virtual events bringing the full experience straight to audiences’ homes.
In 2021, Awfa launched iKew, (information, Knowledge, education and workshops), the Middle East’s first membership based online Video-On-Demand platform containing hundreds of motivational speeches, training, courses and “edutainment” content.
Since the inception of Najahi Events in 2015, the company has grown to serve audiences and mentors across the Middle East. In the last few years it expanded further and is serving thousands of people from Asia, Europe, the Americas and Australia.
Prior to becoming the mastermind of the motivation events industry, Awfa was the Global Director of Projects for Aramex international from (ADD YEAR TO YEAR).
Awfa is also a humanitarian activist and has participated in many projects with international organizations. Close to her heart are helping families and children, battling human trafficking and animal rescue operations.
When Awfa is not revolutionizing the motivational event industry, volunteering or dedicating her time to causes she is passionate about, she enjoys spending time with her family.
