Flattley brings a wealth of experience and innovation to the role and plans to uplift the existing portfolio of restaurants to be distinctive at the resort.
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, October 2021: Chef Marley Flattley, a Maltese national with a peculiar eye for culinary arts, steps into Dubai for the first time to leave his mark and boost the Culinary offerings at the resort. Chef Marley will work closely with the team to individually position the outlets along with establishing signature dishes for each of the restaurants.
With over 20 years’ experience under his belt, Flattley held leading culinary positions in several hotels around the world like Le Meridian Heathrow, The Savoy Hotel, Scotland, JW Marriott Baku, Intercontinental Muscat, and the last being Bay La Sun & Marina in Jeddah, KSA as a Cluster Executive Chef.
An expert at Mediterranean cuisine and has worked in different parts of the world, he understands the key ingredients of each region and aims at putting them together at the varied outlets at Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection.
