If you haven’t made it to the land down under in a while and you’re missing those home comforts, grab your mates, family or the missus and get yourself down to the Eat X venues from 26th -31st  January! 

All week Eat X celebrates Australia by cooking up some Aussie classics from 26th – 31st January.  The cafes, inspired by the chic and vibrant food scene of Australia, will transport you home if only for a few hours. Get your rellies and mates together in True Blue fashion.

Get a taste of Aus with the bloody good Chicken Parma (AED 65), the rustic crumbed chicken, tomato, beef bacon and lashings of melted cheese is served with a side of fries and salad, and offered across all EatX venues, including The Sum of Us, Tom&Serg, Common Grounds (JLT, MOE and DIFC).

The humble yet delicious Milo and Cherry Compote Lamington (AED 14), a soft vanilla chiffon sponge filled with cherry compote, Chantilly cream, Milo and cocoa ganache and coconut will be available from The Sum of Us and Tom&Serg or ready to order from Rise&Dawn Bakehouse.

 

A one off for those celebrating away from home with 20% off all espresso and coffee-based drinks for Australians at an EatX venue from 26th – 31st January.

Tom&Serg is serving up wholesome comfort food with a mouth-watering twist, the Baked Beans Toastie (AED 30) comes with chicken chorizo and cheese. The Aussie Benedict (AED 72) adds juicy braised wagyu beef brisket to the party, accompanied with smoked onion relish then smothered in gribiche hollandaise.

The go to Aussie brekky, Classic Avo Toast (AED 55) is served on fresh toasted sourdough bread. Take a drink down memory lane with the undeniably Australian Vegemite, Milo & Macadamia Milkshake (AED 35).

The Sum of Us – The Molten Vegemite Toastie (AED 25), love it or hate it, it’s synonymous with Australia and you’ll love this vegemite and cheese toastie. Top it off with a Tropical Fruit Pavlova (AED 35).

Rise&Dawn have been busy baking from scratch golden brown ANZAC Biscuits (AED 16), Coconut Chocolate Caramel Slices (AED 14), Cheesemite Scrolls (AED 18) and Beef Sausage Rolls (AED 12) for Aussie week. Available to order from Rise&Dawn Bakehouse or offered at The Sum of Us and Tom&Serg.
