 At Zoya Restaurant… Taste the best Yumminess, Mouthwatering Hot Recipes

First time dining at Zoya by Maui, and it was lovely. The Restaurant experience with Zoya was terrific, and the staff are courteous and always smiling, looking after our every need. Indeed, a recommendation for an easy while excellent Indian cuisine experience.


Zoya by Maui is an Indian cuisine restaurant at Sofitel Dubai Palm set just by the pool, and up from the beach, the casual dining spot serves traditional Indian dishes with a modern twist.


The restaurant’s ambience is second to none as it overlooks the water with soft Indian classical music in the background with the concept of indoors and outdoors sitting. Good service, lovely hotel and location.


The appearance of the buffet in general, as well as the quality of the food, was impressive. The awareness of the cooks and service teams was excellent.

The buffet is outdoors with live multi cooking stations.


Such as: South Indian – Fish Koliwada, Ajwani Jhinga, and vegetarian and options in Staters such as: Samosa Chaat and Dahi puri Chaat.


In Main Course: Traditional Butter Chicken (which was lovely and creamy), Kadai Paneer, Dal Sultani, Mutton Rogan Josh, Paneer, Rice, and an extensive fish menu offering coastal favourites such as Lemon Chili Fish. The appetiser station features live dosa with your favourite toppings, fried chicken, fried fish, Punjabi vegetable samosa, and many more.

And we can’t forget about the grill station where you can taste the most delicious Chicken Malai and Shish mutton Kebab. You can enjoy these with freshly baked butter naan bread and chapati. Complementing these delectable dishes are a select array of perfectly priced drinks inspired by traditional Indian favourites.


And for the sweet desserts as Halva and Jamun. Then there is also a variety of fresh fruits.


And don’t forget to finish up your Indian cuisine with a hot Masala tea served in a traditional cup.
