Carna gives vegetarian cuisine an entirely new meaning by taking it to the next level, and the dish that takes center stage on this special day is without a doubt our Tomato Tartare, one of the newest additions to our menu, served with a wonderful Grilled Sourdough that will leave you speechless. From The Garden, choose Roasted Beet Salad with Chevre Espuma, Mache, Candied Hazelnuts and Sherry Vinegar. Try Baby Hearts of Romaine adorned by Carna’s Garlic Caesar Dressing, Parmigiano, Croutons and Watermelon Radish. How about Grilled Lettuce Salad with Truffle Honey, Artichoke Chips and Crispy Onions is a big crowd-pleaser? Whatever you choose, rest assured that it will be appetizing, crunchy, bursting with flavour and fresh as the morning dew.

For a smokier experience, try our selection from the Garden Grill, with sublime dishes such as Mushroom Steak with Rosemary, Roasted Garlic and Olive Oil await. Also be sure to try our amazing Cauliflower Steak with Roasted Eggplant Puree and Piquillo Pepper Salad, a must-try just like our Beetroot Tortellini with Goat Cheese, Ricotta, Tomatoes, Honey and Kale. You certainly can’t go wrong with our delectable Truffle Cannoli with Ricotta and Hazelnuts is delectable. And if you’re unable to choose just one, try our Grilled Vegetable Platter with a mouth-watering selection of Carrots, Cauliflower, Asparagus, Tomato and Broccolini with intoxicating Charmoula Sauce. And of course, try our wonderful Corn Agnolotti with Grilled Corn, Blistered Cherry Tomatoes and Parmigiano, as well as many other vegetarian delights.

As for our meat-loving guests, Easter Sunday takes on a whole new meaning with our traditional roast every Sunday starting at 1 pm, in line with Dario’s concept of family and friends enjoying food together. Immerse yourself into the spirit of Easter with chocolate bunnies and eggs hunts galore, and enjoy Sunday lunch dishes including starters such as Prawn Cocktail, Leek & Potato Soup, Bollito Broth and Salad. Mains, delicious and not-to-be-missed are Roast Chicken, Roast Prime Rib, Roast Beef with Gravy, Yorkshire Pudding, Bread Sauce, Mint Sauce and Root Vegetables. Traditional, scrumptious desserts are Bread and Butter Pudding, Trifle, Sticky Toffee Pudding and Ice Cream. The beverage station is ready with a selection of concoctions and fresh juices and smoothies. There are three packages to choose from, each running for three hours:

There is also the option of an arrival drink at Privilege for an after-party, or to watch Premiership football, kicking off at 7 pm and 9 pm. This is not just another Sunday Brunch. This is your authentic Sunday lunch with traditional pastimes to follow: a few drinks with friends and family and perhaps watch your favourite team on TV.

Naturally, a craving for meat is an all-week affair, which is why you can dine to your heart’s content any day of the week with all-time favourites such as the stellar Wagyu Selection from Australia and Japan including Kagoshima Ribeye and Filet Mignon BMS7, Patagonian Toothfish with Wild Mushrooms, Whole Roasted Pacific Lobster with Lemon Beurre Monte and Charred Lemon. Dario’s Table, serving 4 – 6 includes Tuscan Porterhouse, Kiwami Tomahawk, Butcher’s Cut Steak and Roasted Bone Marrow. If you prefer old-style cooking, then you absolutely must try Il Bollito di Dario; Slow-Cooked Veal Tongue, Beef Cheek, Veal Belly, Ox Tail garnished with Heirloom Carrots, Fingerling Potatoes and Salsa Verde. It’s a carnivore’s heaven on Earth.
