Beloved Parisian brand SANDRO announce the launch of their relocated and redesigned flagship boutique in the Dubai Mall. With a brand-new chic design, the 221.70 SQM boutique boasts sophisticated interiors that epitomize the personality of the brand. Founded by Evelyne and Ilan Chetrite, Sandro represents a poetic and artistic vision of the world, as well as deep respect for men, women, and the environment. Most importantly, it provides a stunning setting for Sandro’s ready-to-wear collections and men’s and women’s accessories.

THE SANDRO IDENTITY MATERIALISED

The space of The Dubai Mall boutique is characterized by light and warm tones, combined with soft materials to create an intimate, chic, and welcoming ambiance. Reflecting the heritage of founders Evelyne and Ilan Chetrite, the boutique is designed with a modern eye and poetic approach. Incorporating eco-friendly dimensions into the architecture, it provides a stunning setting for Sandro’s ready-to-wear collections and men’s and women’s accessories, especially the recent Autumn/Winter 2022 collections.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

Environmental responsibility is influencing all the brand’s architectural choices, using high-quality, evocative materials to emphasize this commitment. Travertine is used in this new space, as with its unique grain, the stone grounds the environment seamlessly and elegantly. This is combined with wood from sustainably managed forest, enhanced by marmorino-style wall coatings, composed of marble powder, lime and natural pigments, created by skilled artisans. Handmade Portuguese ceramics adorn the walls, while straw and cord add warmth to the fitting rooms.

Refreshments are served in personalized, recyclable containers and shopping bags are replaced by exclusive, reusable tote bags in fabrics flaunting the brand’s colors. Eco-friendly delivery services give the possibility to have your clothes altered at home. Lastly, the brand has rethought its electricity consumption in the aim to reduce it as much as possible.

WARMTH AND WELCOME

A central element of the new concept is light, having been entirely redesigned to showcase the products at their best. On the ceiling or via cove lighting on the walls, the lighting creates warmth and a soft and subtle ambience that welcomes visitors with open arms. Sofas and seats encourage a moment to breathe and encourage conversation and comfort.

REIMAGINED CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

As part of the new concept, Sandro has rethought the customer experience with a more personalized approach. Ensuring a unique fashion experience, the welcome and sales ritual highlight the brand’s fundamentals and sources of inspiration, as well as the founders’ creative talent. Designed to promote an omnichannel experience, the till area is hidden, payment is mobile, and customers can reserve items online before buying, and have items delivered to their home if they wish. Background music helps create a signature Sandro experience, with each playlist created in collaboration with Ilan Chetrite. It is composed of iconic and timeless pieces, contrasted with on-trend tracks.
