Famed for its Ibiza-style flair, guests visiting Bab Al-Bahr can enjoy weekends infused with unlimited gourmet dining, extending from succulent smoked Australian meats to an extensive range of the finest seafood dishes, all paired with a spectacular ambience and mesmerizing views of the Arabian Gulf.
Smokey Fridays
Kick-start your weekend with a timeless culinary experience and indulge in an unlimited night of smoked culinary creations, complemented with a bespoke selection of smoked cocktails and stunning views of the Arabian Gulf. Guests are in for a treat as Bab Al Bahr’s highly skilled chefs dish out delicious smoked meats and seafood concepts, marinated for days and then smoked for 5 to 8 hours every Friday in-house in Wood-fired smokers.
Among the dishes available is a variety of housed smoked meat including Australian grain-fed brisket, short ribs, corn fed chicken and salmon. In addition, guests can indulge in a wide offering of assorted starters, sides and desserts.

Surf & Turf Brunch
A feast like no other, Bab Al Bahr’s unlimited Surf & Turf Brunch comes magnificently accoutered with an upbeat feast so guests can enjoy seaside dining at its best. The ocean views are not the only thing to savour, as the culinary team is driven by fresh, local and simply delicious ingredients. For seafood lovers, the set menu will serve up fresh catches including sea bream, local prawns, crabs, octopus, salmon, fried calamari and fish selected from the seafood counter and cooked to order to your liking.
Diners will also indulge in a meat lover’s extravaganza in a freestyle grill environment with everything from steak, seafood, grill fare, and speciality dishes prepared with love, alongside hot and cold appetizers, salads and an array of delectable desserts.
