The traditional Turkish breakfast at Ruby has more than 16 authentic dishes including a cheese plate, a fume meat plate, Borek. Sucuk, Menemen, Labne, Halvah, Grape Molasses, Tahini, Honey and a variety of dips and jams. For added authenticity, ingredients are flown in from Turkey including the spices, cold cuts, and jams.

The extensive menu available throughout the Eid break features Ruby’s unrivalled and premium selection of kebabs and steaks all prepared using premium meats and charcoal-grilled to perfection. Signature dishes like the slow-cooked lamb shoulder are perfect choices for sharing with family and friends.
