Hayal at The St Regis Downtown Dubai, the city’s vibrant, fine dining hotspot serving flavours of the Middle East, unveils two delightful Iftar and Suhoor menus for the holy month of Ramadan.

Guests breaking their fast at Hayal this Ramadan will savour a specially-curated Iftar menu designed by Head of Culinary, Stefano Micocci and his team. The sharing-style menu will feature delectable starters and mains including grilled mains, cold and hot mezze plates such as sourdough Pide with Turkish Sucuk and homemade Shanklish with watermelon salad as well as succulent desserts including homemade walnuts and chocolate baklava, and a corner filled with home-made pastries accompanied with traditional Ramadan drinks.

The Suhoor menu comprises of Hayal’s signature and most loved dishes including a selection of succulent meats, Menemen, Grilled Sucuk and Halloumi, a wide array of Mezze plates from a variety of Middle Eastern dips, to Turkish cold cuts, cheeses, freshly cut vegetables and a selection of jams. Diners can enjoy these masterfully-prepared dishes and spend quality time surrounded by the venue’s colourful, creative décor either indoors or outdoors on the terrace with a panoramic backdrop of the Downtown Dubai skyline, towering over glimmering waters of the Dubai Water Canal.

Upon entry, guests coming in for a meal before sunset or just before sunrise will notice the distinct artworks adorning the walls of the restaurant, highlighting vivid cultural components and demonstrating the artistic theme of the venue. Guests will feel as if they have landed in Istanbul, greeted by a lively open kitchen concept, and a warm, social atmosphere accentuated by lively service.

The name Hayal comes from the Turkish word for “daydream” – an apt title for a venue that is expected to bring finesse, vibrancy, and brilliance to the heart of Dubai. The restaurant opened in October 2022 offering an extensive menu from breakfast to dinner service and is located on the mezzanine floor of The St. Regis Downtown Dubai.
