With over 15 years of hospitality experience across the UAE, Fadi Hazeem stands at the helm of two of Jannah’s flagship executive properties, Jannah Marina Hotel Apartments and Jannah Place Dubai Marina, as Cluster General Manager. Known for his strategic foresight and commitment to excellence, Fadi is the driving force behind the performance, guest satisfaction, and operational refinement of both properties.

Since joining Jannah Hotels & Resorts in 2017, Fadi has exemplified the brand’s ethos of elevated hospitality rooted in Bedouin values, discretion, warmth, and intuitive service. He brings an executive approach to leadership: meticulous in detail, forward-thinking in strategy, and deeply invested in people, from guests to team members. His journey with Jannah began as Hotel Manager at Jannah Burj Al Sarab in Abu Dhabi and quickly progressed into senior leadership roles due to his proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver consistent results.

In his current role, Fadi oversees all operational functions, revenue strategies, and service standards for Jannah Marina Hotel Apartments (JMHA) and Jannah Place Dubai Marina (JPDM). His leadership is grounded in precision, managing P&L performance, driving commercial initiatives, and elevating the overall guest journey across both properties. Under his guidance, both hotels have strengthened their reputations as preferred addresses for executives, long-stay travellers, and leisure guests seeking refined comfort in the heart of Dubai Marina.

Prior to Jannah, Fadi held key positions across renowned hospitality groups such as Rotana and Al Seef Resort by Andalus. From front office to full hotel management, he has built a career grounded in operational depth, financial acumen, and an unwavering commitment to guest-centric service.

A graduate of the Faculty of Economics/Business Management at the University of Damascus, Fadi also holds a certificate in English Translation from Teshreen University. He is fluent in Arabic and English, with a sharp understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and modern leadership. His excellence was formally recognized in 2022 when he was named one of the Top 100 General Managers in the Middle East, a reflection of his impact and influence within the regional hospitality industry.
