EAGLES LANDING RESTAURANT GROUP ANNOUNCES THE OPENING OF THE FIRST DUAL-BRAND APPLEBEE’S® AND IHOP® LOCATION IN DUBAI

Eagles Landing Restaurant Group, an Applebee’s® Grill + Bar and IHOP® franchisee, is set to open its first dual-brand location in the United Arab Emirates at the Dubai Festival City Mall on 21 January 2023.
Located on the 1st floor of the mall, the new space will be home to two of the world’s favourite restaurant brands – IHOP serving its World-Famous Buttermilk Pancakes and Handcrafted Burgers, and Applebee’s offering Fire Grilled Premium Steaks, delicious salads, and more.
From IHOP’s familiar comfort foods to Applebee’s savoury classics, guests have two new great restaurants to choose from at Dubai Festival City Mall. With a combined seating of about 400, both restaurants will offer stunning views of the fountain where food enthusiasts and families of all ages can enjoy various crave-able menu items.

The restaurants are equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchens with innovative systems in place to cater to the large capacity of mall visitors. The location also has an international food safety management system in place to boost food safety standards and provide the best experience to all guests.
