Lefay Resorts & Residences was born from the vision of a couple of entrepreneurs Domenico Alcide and Liliana Leali in 2006, with the objective of becoming the reference Italian brand in the international market of luxury holidays, focused on well-being, thanks to the creation of a collection of eco-resorts in line with the Italian lifestyle and the new Lefay luxury concept.

In 2018, the company entered a new segment with an absolute novelty on the Italian real estate market: The Lefay Wellness Residences at Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti are the first example of luxury residences with hotel services integrated within a Destination Spa in Italy.
The Group’s third Resort will be located in Tuscany, one of the most beautiful areas in Italy. At the same time, the Group is developing a fee-based model by seeking well-chosen opportunities, particularly abroad, to act as an operator under management contracts.
