BBQ Festival at Festival Garden – Expo 2020 Dubai Food Festival
Calling all BBQ enthusiasts, enjoy meat and music at the BBQ Festival at Festival Garden is 18th February – 6th March.
As part of the Expo Food Festival, the suitably smoky BBQ bonanza will run for two weeks, hosting homegrown superstars and featuring world-class chefs. Expect to see sizzlin’ vibrant food from Chef Coco Reinarhz from Alkebulan The African Dining Hall. A host of homegrown smokehouse pros will grace the event, like The Local Fire by Mattar Farm and showcasing plant-based BBQ favourites, Just Vegan.
The Hill Country Barbecue from the USA lands at Festival Garden, bringing with it a slice of authentic Southern hospitality and internationally famed smoked joints. Think warm delicious dry-rubbed, smoked low and slow barbecue meats, best-loved family favourites sides and desserts, combined with live music paying homage to Austin Texas! Celeb Chef Ash Fulk will be in town, from Hill Country NYC, known for his stint on the Emmy-award winning season six of Bravo’s hit series TOP CHEF. Along with “The Rachel Ray Show” Ash has appeared on “Chopped: Grill Masters”, competing with some of the top grillers in the country.
A family-friendly affair at the heart of Expo 2020. Whichever day you attend, there’ll be entertainment for everyone to enjoy from live bands all weekend to guaranteed fun-filled activities for the kids.
