Redefining Midday Dining with a Five-Course Culinary Journey.

Trèsind, the award-winning birthplace of Innovative Indian Cuisine, unveils its reimagined Business Lunch, a five-course culinary journey that brings bold creativity and refined presentation to midday dining. Set within the iconic One&Only Royal Mirage, Trèsind is helmed by culinary visionaries Chef Himanshu Saini and Chef Mohammad Zeeshan, and continues to earn acclaim through recognitions such as the Dubai MICHELIN Guide, Gault&Millau UAE 2025, and MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants 2022.

Offered from Monday to Friday between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, the new Business Lunch is priced at AED 150++ per person, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus that cater to a range of tastes. Guests can expect an elegant progression of dishes, starting with amuse bouches like aam ras pani puri and Sindhi dal pakwan, followed by signature snacks dahi kebab with potato rosti, bun kebab tartlets, and chicken baida roti. Vegetarian mains feature comforting yet elevated plates like paneer ghotala, motia pulao, and saag vadi with garlic pickle, while the non-vegetarian menu showcases traditional butter chicken, kaala mutton ‘Ricardo Negro,’ and coconut prawn curry with edamame pulao. Desserts are playful and indulgent, including kulfi falooda and Trèsind’s signature paan cotton candy.

To complement the experience, guests can opt for a curated selection of wines by the glass, featuring varietals such as Table Mountain chardonnay, Cune rueda, Santa Julia cabernet sauvignon, Vinuva primitivo, Blossom Hill white zinfandel, and Conte Fosco sparkling wine.
