The Wellness Event 2025.. A Celebration of Health, Vitality, and Women’s Empowerment

Dubai, UAE – May 24, 2025

Under the esteemed patronage of H.H. Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, The Wellness Event, organized by Nutreema, founded by Mrs. Rima Sayegh  took place at the luxurious One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel gathering over 300 attendees. The vibrant celebration brought together healthcare leaders, wellness experts, lifestyle brands, and empowered women for a day dedicated to well-being, education, and self-care.

The event commenced with an interactive wellness exhibition, where sponsors and partners showcased their latest health innovations, beauty solutions, and wellness services. Attendees had the opportunity to explore various booths, sample products, receive expert consultations, and engage with brands. The atmosphere was further enhanced by yoga sessions and relaxing foot massages by Al Mufid, creating moments of calm and rejuvenation throughout the day.

A dynamic Zumba dance session energized the crowd, setting the stage for the formal proceedings.

Ms. Mariam Hamad Al Shamsy delivered the opening speech on behalf of Her Highness Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan.

Her Highness emphasized the importance of the event’s theme, “Strengthen Your Mind, Body, and Spirit,” highlighting that women’s true beauty lies in their emotional strength, mental balance, and physical well-being. She praised the historical resilience of Emirati women and their ongoing role in preserving societal values.

A panel of renowned medical experts delivered impactful health talks, including:

• Dr. Mario Russo, Plastic Surgeon at Liv Hospital, presented “Embracing Change – The Role of Subtle Cosmetic Surgery in Anti-Aging,”
• Dr. Dimitrios Kafetzis, Medical Director of Orchid Fertility Clinic, discussed “Women’s Hormonal Health & Menopause,”
• Dr. Hind Hantosh, Consultant in Internal Medicine at Al Zahra Hospital Dubai, spoke about “Longevity and Healthy Aging,”

The event also featured creative and lifestyle-driven activities, including a delightful Cupcake Decorating Activity hosted by Magnolia Bakery, and a session on “The Power of Style,” led by  Wear That
