L’Esprit Nouveau, the hotel’s epicentre restaurant run by Chef Robin Kubarek who revisits the classics of French gastronomy, welcomes with enthusiasm and lightness on Valentine’s Day evening, couples, friends, fraternities, dates … or quite simply the people who love each other or who find themselves on (or almost) the benches of Love. A colorful evening.

On the program, February 14 from 7 p.m., €85/person:

7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

1 menu in 5 stages with the air of a first date to deconstruct clichés and taste, with surprise, Love in all its forms. Chef Robin Kubarek cleverly works on culinary alliances and combines surprising flavours with refinement. This menu is based on exoticism and aphrodisiac products. To perfect the concept, the menu takes the form of a comic strip with a modern and sparkling look.

8:00 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.

Make way for humour with 1 stand-up of caustic comedians. The idea? Decode in a raw, modern and funny way the daily questions about the couple, the duos, the trios, the… all alone. On display: Certainly Mathurin, Malik Behlkodja, Elena Bentolila, Nina Azoulai.

9:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

1 “Decoration of desserts” Masterclass with the Chef, to gently end the evening on a sweet note. As the saying goes “Love makes you hungry”.

N.B.: This unique 5-course menu is served on the evenings of 11, 12, 13, 14 at 85€ / person.
The Stand-Up only takes place on February 14, at no additional cost to customers. Thus the evening of February 14 is at 85€/person, all included.
