Dubai, United Arab Emirates (5 April 2022): The Sheraton Mall of the Emirates set in motion one of its key initiatives in positioning itself to be one of the most sustainable city hotels through the launching of Urban Organic Farm.

The organic garden has been placed within the hotel’s premises. The various seeds coming from across the world are nurtured in living soil using homemade compost created from the hotel’s own kitchen waste and cultivated by applying natural farming principles, making the products rich in nutrients and chemical-free.

The sustainability initiative will not only push boundaries for many urban hotels in the city to Go Green, but this will also allow Sheraton Mall of the Emirates to provide its guests with natural yet succulent cuisines. The produce from the organic garden will be transformed by world-class culinary chefs into a healthy menu and bringing it straight to your table.
