With over 14 years of extensive experience in leading financial operations across renowned hospitality brands including JW Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton, Hyatt, St. Regis, Sheraton, and Renaissance, Al Modani joins the resort with broad regional expertise acquired in the Middle East, North Africa, and West Africa markets. His appointment marks a pivotal step in strengthening and supporting the financial ecosystem of Rixos Al Marjan Island Ras Al Khaimah during a crucial phase of growth, innovation, and guest-focused transformation.
Throughout his career, Al Modani has spearheaded complex hotel openings, conversions, and brand repositionings, in addition to managing diverse real estate portfolios and implementing effective cost-optimization strategies to achieve sustainable profitability.
