For one extraordinary week from December 1st to 8th, guests are invited to partake in an exquisite showcase of Japanese culinary mastery. Embracing the time-honored tradition of maguro-bōchō, Katsuya at Hyde Dubai invites diners to witness the captivating art of tuna cutting. Rooted in Japanese heritage, this tradition pays homage to precision, skill, and utmost respect for the ingredients involved.
The opening night on December 1st presents a decadent degustation menu, featuring an array of tuna-inspired canapes. From a fresh selection of sushi and sashimi to innovative creations like the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice with Black Caviar, each dish is meticulously crafted to showcase the diverse flavors and textures of this glorious fish at AED 299 per person.
