It is also the time to gather with friends, family and loved ones over a table for good food, conversation and to be mindful of our many blessings. Yava brings all these concepts together in their amazing Iftar set menu, which features some traditional all-time favourites as well as new and exciting dishes including:
Starters: Humus, creamy and delicious, Lentil Soup, satisfying and warming, a bowlful of tradition, Cheese and Sujuk Borek, perfect partners enveloped in a fine pastry casing, Yava kebabs, a taste of the renowned meaty morsels.
Main course: Chicken Meatball Urzo, delightfully presented and utterly irresistible with tiny urzo, Minced Beef Mussaka, best quality lean, minced beef paired with eggplant for a much-loved dish, Lamb Shanks,slow-cooked and achingly tender in a rich sauce: comfort food at its meaty, appetizing best.
Dessert: Pistachio Eclairs, who can resist a light- as- air sweet treat like this? No need to – go ahead, indulge yourself. Baklava, a traditional sweet delicacy made the Yava way. Perfection.
