Signifying the start of spring, Greek Easter sees families and friends come together across Greece for celebratory feasts and spirited gatherings.

So, this April, ZOE Modern Greek Kouzina has decided to bring the unique traditions and treasured rituals of this deeply symbolic occasion over to the UAE capital, and present a captivating Easter Menu filled with contemporary Greek flavours and sumptuous Mediterranean classics.

Inviting loved ones to spend quality time together and bond over the simple yet elegant tastes and textures of modern Greek cuisine, the carefully curated Easter selection spans a choice of the beautiful restaurant’s most popular soups, dips, salads, appetizers, mains and desserts. 

Transporting guests over to the idyllic blue and white streets and azure waters of Santorini, the heartwarming and vegan-friendly fakes lentil soup provides a light and healthy starter, while the enticing dip trio of tzatziki, tyrokafteri and melitzanosalata, served with warm freshly made flatbreads, is simply perfect for sharing. 

Further healthy and nourishing delights can be found in the choice of Easter salads. The fresh Greek salad with crumbled barrel-aged feta is sure to be an instant hit with even the most distinguished food connoisseur, while the dakos salad with grated tomato and feta mousse is ideal for adventurous diners who are looking for something unique and different. 

Spanning all of Greece’s most much-loved recipes, all presented with a creative and dynamic twist, the irresistible starters of keftedes meatballs in a rich tomato sauce, golden spinach and feta spanakopita pies and Bogiourdi, baked feta cheese with tomatoes, peppers, oregano and olive oil are all bound to be devoured in minutes.
