The newest addition to the Dubai brunch scene, Via Toledo’s Signature Brunch, is a gastronomer’s dream. Running every Saturday from 1 pm to 4 pm, Chef Francesco Calo will be dishing up some of the finest Italian classics.

Dubai, UAE (August 23, 2022): Step into a food lover’s paradise every Saturday at Via Toledo. The premium Italian eatery has just announced the launch of their brand-new Signature Brunch featuring delicious Italian classics, all washed down with soft, house beverages or bubbly.  

The superb brunch experience will be a feast for the senses as the world-renowned Via Toledo is on a mission to help people appreciate more the innate qualities of fine food. With all the food on offer is delicately constructed in perfect Italian fashion that is loyal to the traditions of the revolutionary founder, Francesco Calo, as guests will see touches of his thought-provoking creations.  

The food journey will be served, sharing style from various tantalising Via Toledo masterpieces. Guests will be treated to an array of incredible antipasti from the likes of Parmigiana, Fritto del Pescatore, Burrata e Pomodorini, and many more tasty delicacies to awaken the taste buds. The pièce de résistance will water guests’ mouths as they are served up an incredible Polpo Alla Brace (grilled octopus) that brings new meaning to fine dining. To end the voyage of discovery, guests can sink their teeth into a sweet treat of either Tiramisú, Millefoglie, or Frutta Mista.
