At Four Seasons, Florian led the resort’s entire food and beverage division, overseeing multiple signature dining concepts and bars while infusing every interaction with warmth and attention to detail. In the Maldives, he helmed the region’s largest F&B operation, a feat that demanded visionary thinking, cross-cultural leadership, and a deep commitment to experiential design. From conceptualizing immersive restaurants and bars to launching Michelin-level dining experiences like The Cube, Florian has consistently redefined what luxury means in the modern age.

But perhaps the most telling chapter of Florian’s career is his current role as Resort Manager at Näama Beach Villas & Spa in Fujairah. Here, he has crafted what he calls the “Näama Moment”, a deeply personal commitment to intuitive, graceful service. Under his guidance, Näama has flourished into more than just a resort; it has become a sanctuary for meaningful human connection.

Florian’s versatility also spans entrepreneurial ventures, as seen in his co-founding of Cariocas Bistro in Phuket, a trailblazing concept that elevated the local culinary scene with flair and sophistication.
