With a rotation menu, the lavish buffet will feature a selection of dishes from traditional Arabic favourites such as mix hot and cold mezze, Dawood Basha, prime beef meatballs braised in onion and tomato sauce, Samak Traboulsi, baked fish topped with tahini sauce cooked with garlic and onion and more. Those looking for international flavours can head to the pasta station; stopping by the biryani, beef steak and more en route.

Expanding the offerings, there will be an array of options including live cooking stations serving live Ouzi, Sharwama, Arabic mix grill and Saaj Bread counter.

The delectable cuisines will be paired with an extensive list of beverages including Ramadan favourites such as ‘Qamar al dine’, ‘Jalab’, Laban, ‘Vimto’ and ‘kardadeh’. For the grand finale, those with a sweet tooth can rejoice with an assortment of puddings, including Arabic highlights from ‘umm ali’, ‘kunafa’, Muhalbyia’, and ice-creams – there is something for everyone.

Additionally, guests can extend their stay at the Aqua Chill, a rooftop pool bar serving the best Shisha crafted by the experts whilst witnessing the  beautiful views of the skyline, as they relish their time with friends and family.
