Dubai Restaurant Week 2025.. Culinary celebration concludes after record participation of 100+ restaurants

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 31 May 2025
Dubai Restaurant Week 2025 has drawn to a close after its most successful edition yet, with 103 restaurants participating in this celebration of Dubai’s culinary scene, which took place from 9 to 25 May.

Bookings were available exclusively through OpenTable, the Official Booking Partner, with a variety of options on offer, including 30 MICHELIN guide-recognised restaurants. From fine dining establishments to family-friendly restaurants, each venue served thoughtfully curated menus across the city. Limited-time-only set menus provided incredible value for all, including a two-course lunch for AED 125 per person and a three-course dinner at AED 250 per person.
There was no shortage of cuisines to sample, including Emirati, Asian, Arabic, European and Latin American, reflecting the multicultural melting pot that makes Dubai’s world-class culinary scene so vibrant.

Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) said of this year’s event: “The incredible success of Dubai Restaurant Week reflects the vibrance, talent and passion that drive our city’s world-class culinary scene. This important event in our annual calendar not only gives residents and visitors the opportunity to try new and diverse cuisines but reinforces Dubai’s reputation as a global gastronomy hub that caters to every person and palate.”
For many diners, Dubai Restaurant Week provided an unmissable opportunity to enjoy some of the city’s most sought-after dining experiences, with a number of the participating eateries recognised by MICHELIN, Gault&Millau and The World’s 50 Best restaurants. The event also shone a spotlight on many of the city’s most exciting chefs; the culinary trailblazers and tastemakers who are shaping Dubai’s identity as a global gastronomy destination. These included Reif Othman for REIF, Hoe Lee Kow, Kelvin Cheung from Jun’s, Hedrien Villedieu from Chez Wam, Ariana Bundy from Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, and Gabriela Chamorro from Girl and the Goose. Among the international chefs bringing their flair to Dubai Restaurant Week were Bjorn Frantze n from Studio Frantzen (whose other Dubai restaurant, FZN, was recently awarded three MICHELIN stars), Alvin Leung from Demon Duck, Richard Sandoval from Toro Toro and Maya, as well as Tristin Farmer from Maison Dali.
