This curated Diwali thali blends festive indulgence with tradition. The non-vegetarian menu features soulful dishes like Kolhapuri Tambda Rassa, Nilgiri Murgh Kurma, Jhinga Tawa, and aromatic Gosht Yakhani Pulao, rounded off with fresh breads and rich Dal Makhni. On the vegetarian side, expect exquisite creations such as White Asparagus & Edamame Kofta, Malai Paneer Khurchan, Lehsooni Palak, and Subz Dum Biryani, each paired with signature breads, raita, and a celebratory mithai platter featuring Mawa Gujiya and Malai Ghewar.
