CHEF MASSIMO BOTTURA, SET TO RETURN TO TORNO SUBITO FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE DINING EXPERIENCE

Dubai, UAE, 14th March: It’s time to re-write the diary because Massimo Bottura, is set to return to the UAE to host two exquisite dinners at his hugely popular Italian restaurant, Torno Subito, on March 30 and 31.

Located at the iconic W Dubai – The Palm, foodies will have the opportunity to experience an authentic Italian feast hosted by Massimo himself. Known for blending Italian culinary tradition with an avant-garde sense of design and experimentation, the stunning and exclusive menu has been created with Chef Massimo Bottura’s praised contemporary flair and is only available across the two evenings.

For AED 690 per person, diners can indulge in a spectacular seven-course menu featuring an incredible selection of traditional Italian dishes, starting with Massimo’s Welcome From The Kitchen, a light dish made up of Fave e Pecorino. Next is Shrimp in Spring, chopped raw Sicilian shrimps with a spring vegetable salad and fragrant yogurt sauce, followed by Merluzzo, wild black cod, served with potato and leeks, bagna cauda foam and black caviar.

The culinary journey continues with a warm sour dough Focaccia, with Fassona beef tartare, horseradish and black truffle, Pasta Mista served with green peas, sea urchin, pecorino, and seaweed essence, and Guancia, a tender Veal cheek dish featuring Jerusalem artichoke puree, dates, and a sweet balsamic sauce.  End the evening on a sweet note with Cacio & Pere Cheesecake, a seriously irresistible creamy Parmigiano, pear, and vanilla cheesecake.

Diners will not only get to experience great food prepared by one of the world’s greatest chefs, but they will also experience Torno Subito’s playful Italian Riviera vibes, set against stunning views of Dubai’s skyline.
