This includes a light and healthy Coconut Chicken Noodle Salad (AED70) packed with nutritious ingredients such as poached coconut chicken, grilled avocado and mango, cabbage and carrot – and Coconut Prawn Sushi Rolls (AED75) featuring tempura coconut prawns, desiccated coconut and coconut sauce.
For something sweet, a creamy, dreamy Coconut Parfait (AED45) garnished with almonds, pineapple, desiccated coconut, lime jelly and pineapple puree awaits. The perfect way to beat the heat.
Pool-goers can start the day the healthy way, with a coconut, kale, pineapple and spinach-packed Green Thumb Smoothie (AED35) or enjoy fresh coconuts to their heart’s content (AED45) with a buy-one-get-one free offer.
For those keen to up-the-ante a notch, they can supplement their fresh coconut with a shot of specially priced rum (Bacardi Carta Blanca for AED60 and Plantation Pineapple for AED75).
Cocktail fans on the other had can enjoy Azure’s If You Like Pina Coladas…(AED75), which brings together four pineapple-infused rums, coconut water, fresh pineapple juice and lime to delicious, party-starting effect.
