Carnival by Trèsind brings back its celebrated Mohammed Ali Road style Ramadan street food pop-up for 2026, following an exceptional response in 2025 and returning with even more depth, nostalgia, and flavour this year.
Anyone who has experienced Mumbai’s Mohammed Ali Road during Ramadan knows the atmosphere. The warmth of gathering at sunset, the colours of the bustling street, the aroma of food being prepared fresh, and the shared joy of tradition. Carnival brings that same spirit to Dubai once again, blending authenticity with its signature creative and elevated approach.
The experience features live cooking, vibrant flavours, and the familiar charm of one of Mumbai’s most iconic Ramadan destinations, thoughtfully recreated for a Dubai audience seeking both comfort and culinary storytelling.
The 2026 pop-up brings back its most loved culinary stations, beginning with the Sikandari Raan Counter where the slow cooked roasted lamb leg is served with chutney pyaz and utta tava roti, creating one of the evening’s signature highlights.
The Shalimar Haleem Center follows with its comforting mutton haleem and jackfruit haleem, enriched with mint, ginger, ghee, coriander, fried onions, chiles and lemon. Another cornerstone of the experience is the Minara Masjid Tikka Biryani, offering chicken and mutton biryani, chicken tikka, lamb seekh, hung marghi tikka and the veg mix grill biryani bhatti, accompanied by traditional biryani gravy, salaan, papad and raita. The Haaji Tikka Center adds depth with tawa kaleji, tawa bheja and soya sauya chaap paired with buttered pao, while the Al Akbar Fry Counter brings familiar street favourites including kheema mini samosa, desi fish pakoda, chicken cheese cutlet, batata mirchi vada and assorted vegetable fritters.
A sweet finish featuring Rice Phirni, Shahi Gulab Jamun and Kesari Badami Shahi Tukda.
