BRUNCHING AFTER SUNSET AT THE HIDE: A NEW JAZZY FRIDAY NIGHT EXPERIENCE LAUNCHES
End the week at the palatial Jumeirah Al Qasr for an evening of vintage elegance reimagined. The modern meatery and grill presents an innovative brunch menu of classic appetisers, grills and desserts.
Tucked out of plain sight on the lower ground floor of the stunning palatial resort, The Hide invites guests for a modern and sophisticated steakhouse experience within a jazz club ambiance. The elegant deco-style grill and bar will serve up a brunch menu of sharing starters, modern cuts, hearty sides and indulgent desserts, paired with exceptional live entertainment, an interactive Bloody Mary station and free-flowing drinks.
Carefully crafted by Executive Chef Eric Turgeon diners can enjoy a selection of sharing startersincluding, Charred Octopus with Sriracha Yuzu and Avocado Puree, Tuna Tartare in an Umami Soy and White Miso with Campaillou Bread and a Kale Coconut Salad. For mains, guests can tuck into the Chef’s Prime Meat Selection with the likes of Prime Ribeye, Prime Tenderloin and Flat Iron and sides of Skin on Fires, Truffle Mac & Cheese and Broccolini. For a sweet afternote, guests can indulge in the decadent Bailey’s Crème Brûlée andclassic Strawberry Cheesecake with Greek Yoghurt Ice Cream, while all dishes are perfectly complemented with expertly crafted cocktails, house beverages and bubbles.
The night doesn’t stop here! Guests are then invited to step into Parisian glamour with a vintage vibe at Jumeirah Al Qasr’s elegant venue, Bar Buci. Offering twisted classic cocktails complemented with luxury bar bites, Bar Buci welcomes brunch-goers to extend their evening and enjoy live entertainment, vibrant beats and mesmerising views of the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.
