Top restaurants and chefs, recognized by Michelin and Gault&Millau, return for another exclusive one-day-only culinary event on 20th April!

After the overwhelming success of the inaugural Big Gourmet Brunch on 2nd of March, Jumeirah Al Qasr is thrilled to announce the return of its Volume II edition on Saturday, 20th April 2024. This epicurean extravaganza promises to be even grander, featuring an expanded lineup of restaurants,bars and epic entertainment!

Guests can prepare their taste buds for an extraordinary once-in-a-lifetime journey as they indulge in the culinary creations of distinct dining destinations, all set within the opulent Jumeirah Al Qasr hotel. Those in attendance can expect to enjoy exquisite dishes crafted by distinguished culinary maestros, while vibrant entertainment sets the stage for an unforgettable afternoon. This time, The Big Gourmet Brunch Volume II will boast an extended lineup, introducing additional iconic restaurants and bars across Jumeirah, each with its own culinary and beverage genius at the helm: Tortuga, where Chef Jorge brings the vibrant flavours of authentic Mexican cuisine, Blind Tiger, where Kumar Chaulagai , the World Class champion mixologist will dazzle all with his innovative libations,  and Bar Buci, headed by Mar Soledad Ibarra, the head mixologist, will support with theatrics and unique creations.

The Big Gourmet Brunch Volume II will also welcome returning restaurant favourites beloved by guests and back by popular demand; chic French-Mediterranean cuisine from French Riviera Beach by innovative Executive Chef Kim Joinie Maurin and authentic flavours from Al Nafoorah by award-winning Head Chef Ali Fouad; the finest butcher’s cuts and grill dishes from The Hide by Chef Eric Turgeon, aromatic fragrant Thai cuisine expertly crafted by Chef Amara Mahayothee of Pai Thai and the gorgeous Italian delights from Chef Beatrice Segoni. And let’s not forget to leave room for the delicate and sweet creations from Jumeirah Al Qasr’s Executive Pastry Chef Dimitri Esposito, providing all the favourites to satisfy guests cravings.

From chic French-Mediterranean cuisine to authentic Levant flavours, butcher’s cuts, aromatic Thai delicacies, signature Italian fare and delectable, sweet creations, The Big Gourmet Brunch Volume 2 will offer something for every palate.

In addition, guests can quench their thirst with bottomless sips from twelve different beverage stations throughout the day. And for an added touch of luxury, the exclusive Veuve Clicquot Champagne Bar will also be making a repeat appearance, adding that extra touch of sparkle to their experience.

The Big Gourmet Brunch Volume II will be running on Saturday, 20 April 2024, from 1:00PM – 4:00PM | AED 450 per person inclusive of soft beverages, AED 550 per person inclusive of house beverages, AED 650 inclusive of prosecco, AED 750 inclusive of champagne and AED 325 per child between 4-11 years old.
