A set menu at Vinesse, the resort’s all-day dining restaurant, with views overlooking the ocean at the luxurious Ajman resort, will be available from sunset to 11 pm offering a lavish array of delicacies.

The fast will be broken with traditional welcome drinks and dates followed by a warming soup while a hot and cold mezzeh awaits to open the meal featuring dishes including Baladi salad, Cheese Roll Rakakat, Spinach Fatayer. Lamb Kibbeh, Falafel and more.

Indulge in hearty mains containing the best dishes from regional cuisine such as Moroccan Chicken Tagine, Charcoal Grill Lamb Chops with Rice Stuffed Marrow as well as Grilled Tiger Prawns with Harra Sauce.

To end the meal on the sweetest of notes, the restaurant is offering a selection of traditional Middle Eastern desserts including exotic Kunafa and an assortment of Arabic sweets. For something a little lighter, fresh fruits offer a healthy sweet treat.

The lavish Iftar set menu costs AED 240 per person and will be available every day through the Holy Month.
