Novecento Dubai, the contemporary Italian destination at Dubai Silicon Oasis, launches its Ramadan Iftar Menu for the holy month. The menu brings together traditional Ramadan elements and Italian favourites, prepared with Novecento’s contemporary Italian approach.

The Iftar begins with classic accompaniments, including dates served with Datteri e Aryan, a salted Turkish yogurt drink, and a Bread Basket featuring homemade focaccia, rustic bread, carasau bread, and mixed taralli.

Starters include Zuppa di Lenticchie, a creamy red lentil soup with potato, carrot, and croutons, Burrata e Pomodorini with fresh burrata cheese, heritage cherry tomatoes, semi-dried tomato pesto, and basil, Ricottina Miele e Noci with ricotta cheese, rocket leaves, honey, and walnuts, as well as Pizza Diavola topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and spicy beef salami.

Main course options feature Italian classics such as Penne alla Novecento, prepared with a creamy spicy tomato sauce, garlic, chilli, and parsley, Pollo Arrosto with grilled chicken breast and mixed mushroom fricassee, and Patate al Forno, roasted with rosemary and sage.

To conclude the Iftar experience, guests can enjoy traditional Italian desserts, including the Tiramisù Classico with espresso-soaked ladyfingers layered with mascarpone cream and cacao powder, or Cannoli Siciliani filled with sweet ricotta, candied orange, and pistachio.

Traditional and signature beverages, including Karkade, fresh juices, Americano, and a tea selection, are available to complement the Iftar experience.
