TATEL DUBAI UNVEILS ALL-NEW CHEF’S SPECIAL MENU INSPIRED BY THE CHARM OF SPAIN

TATEL Dubai, the city’s renowned Spanish fine-dining destination, proudly presents an exclusive Chef’s Special Menu, showcasing the richness, diversity and creativity of Spain’s culinary traditions. Available every Wednesday to Saturday, the menu is a refined celebration of Spanish elegance, thoughtfully curated to take guests on a gastronomic journey through the heart of Spain.

Curated by Head Chef Alejandro Maestro —  a culinary expert with over a decade of experience across Europe and the Middle East — the menu is a tribute to Spanish heritage while embracing modern sensibilities. Featuring the finest ingredients from both land and sea, each dish is crafted with precision, passion and contemporary flair.

Featuring a vibrant, seasonal selection of dishes crafted with premium ingredients and paired with thoughtfully curated beverages, the menu promises an elevated dining experience. Perfect for refined palates, each creation is served with TATEL’s signature flair in a chic and lively atmosphere. Highlights include the Burrata con salmorejo y crujiente de cecina, Carpaccio de lubina al ajillo, and indulgent Albondigas de Wagyu with manchego mashed potato and truffle sauce, alongside the must-try Tacos TATEL.

To sip, enjoy the Palomita, a zesty tequila spritz with lychee and rosemary, or the refreshing Verano Loco, a summer blend of tequila, melon and yuzu. End on a sweet note with the decadent Torrija al estio del chef served with saffron ice cream — the perfect finale to a night of Spanish indulgence.
