Al Habtoor Group Honours Winner of the General Draw for the UAE Leadership Award in the Labor Market

Mohammed Khalaf Al Habtoor, Vice Chairman and CEO of Al Habtoor Group, welcomed HE Dalal Al Shehhi, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Labor Protection at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, to the Group’s headquarters to honor the winner of the general draw for the UAE Leadership Award in the Labor Market. The award, endorsed by the UAE Cabinet and under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the UAE, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, recognizes excellence in the private sector.
Organised by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the award celebrates outstanding private sector companies, honours distinguished workers, and highlights best practices across various economic sectors in the UAE, fostering a competitive and sustainable work environment.
As part of the second edition of the award, a 2025 Mitsubishi ASX was presented to Jiban Kumar Siwa, an employee at Dulsco HR Solutions, who won the prize through the general draw sponsored by Al Habtoor Group. This marks the Group’s second consecutive year of supporting the award as a bronze sponsor.
The ceremony was attended by Abdul Salam Al Marzooqi, Executive Director of Local Affairs & Community Relations, and Mohammed Al Huraiz, General Manager of the Real Estate Division at Al Habtoor Group. Both sides emphasised the award’s role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing institutional excellence.
